There is no download icon next to the song and the only function that can be used is playback. If you are using Amazon Music Free, songs cannot be downloaded because this feature is only available to subscribers of the paid version of the music streaming service. If you’re having trouble downloading, go to the settings icon in the top right corner of the home screen → settings → download settings and check if it’s enabled. If you connect to Wi-Fi, the checkmark will change and the download will be completed. A countermeasure is to disable downloading only when connected to Wi-Fi, or connect to Wi-Fi to download delayed songs.
